Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your Copper Dawn Designs order, you may request a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Copper Dawn Designs is not responsible for the shipping costs of the returned packages. We are also not responsible for lost packages. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP. Many times, I will package items fairly quick after an order is placed. Items that have shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do you package my orders?
Each jewelry piece comes in it's own cotton lined jewelry gift box. Which not only protects the jewelry during the shipment journey, but is also perfect for gift giving. You will also receive a mini polishing cloth, per order. And a jewelry care card.
Where is the jewelry made?
All jewelry is designed and handcrafted by myself in my home studio in DFW, Texas.

I currently offer shipping within the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you are in another country, and would like to purchase, let me know and I'll see about expanding my international shipping.

Do you lacquer your jewelry?
I do not use lacquer, as lacquer is thick can chip off and look undesirable. However, certain pieces may have a protective layer of Renaissance Wax, which is a microcrystalline wax that was developed in England in the 1950's. This polish is used in antique restoration and museum conservation around the world, as well as commonly used to polish and conserve metal objects. This wax will help prevent oxidation, and prevent the harmless skin discoloration. I do add this wax to all chains to help prevent skin discoloration.
Do you offer custom orders?
Eventually, I would like to offer custom orders. However, as of now, they are closed.
Can I resell your jewelry?
Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your options to purchase my pieces wholesale. The areas I offer my handmade jewelry wholesale are: Denton, Keller, Southlake, Fort Worth, Argyle, Lewisville, and other surrounding cities. Otherwise, I do not allow reselling of my jewelry, unless otherwise approved by me first. My jewelry has automatic copyright protection the moment I create it. If you resell my jewelry under your own name, and without crediting my brand, that is copyright infringement, and I will get legal involved.
